They gave me the wrong order on takeout but made it right no problem so I was happy. The ribs are very tasty and everything else was good too. They have a good team at this location I was very impressed how they handled the mistake and I have a lot of respect for chillis now. Good job Chillis in Bensalem.

It was my first time ever trying chilis. I went unknowingly 20 minutes before closing but they still took care of me. All the staff were very nice and funny. Great food and overall great experience

First time eating at Chili's, Reminded me of Applebee's . Enjoyed the food and atmosphere our waitress was very polite will definitely return .

My second time here and the food is sooo delicious, I will definitely come back for more! The service is polite and fast. Fully recommended. I ordered a cajun pasta with shrimp, the shrimp was very well seasoned, so delicious. The pasta wasn't really spicy, which for me is great. We also ordered a burger, I loved it! The bun, the seasoning, so so tasty. The fries were good. My favorite thing were the nachos, I loved them, you can get a taste of everything in a bite, honestly I really had a great experience

Went on a little date with my granddaughter and normally we get mediocre service, like someone trying to hard. But today, we had the pleasure of meeting Lindsay. Absolutely amazing to dine with. Very attentive, very aware of what we needed and we didn’t have to ask. I used to be a server and I gave A+ service because I genuinely enjoyed it so seeing someone else be so genuine made my day. My granddaughter Sofie also says Lindsay is the best server we’ve ever had here. Thank you, we will be back soon. P.S - Lindsay you’re great. Don’t let anyone steal your shine or make you feel bad cause you have people like us who now adore you! Tell Cookie we say “heyyyyyy girllll” lol. Happy New Year, take care!!

My waitress was great. Was quick with fixing the price of my bill. Salsa and chips were ok. Fries were fresh and hot , but burger patty tasted bland no amount of ketchup could save it. I suppose it’s a good meal for $11. Also, I think this place needs to be renovated looks just like any other dinners.

We had an excellent experience at Chili's Grill & Bar! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely happy. The energy in the restaurant was positive and upbeat, and you could tell the team works well together to create a great dining atmosphere. Our waiter, Jameer, was absolutely outstanding. He was proactive, professional, and consistently made sure we had everything we needed. Our food arrived in a timely manner, exactly as ordered, and he frequently checked in to ensure we were enjoying our experience. His level of service truly elevated our visit. The restaurant had many families dining, and it clearly has a strong family-oriented environment. Everyone around us seemed happy and satisfied, which speaks volumes about the consistency of the service and food quality. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and a great overall dining experience. We will definitely be back!

We like this restaurant, we come here often. Foods are great, service is great too. But the music was too loud the last time we visited. We couldn't have a proper conversation across the table without half screaming. Chairs were not wiped clean, sticky from food spills and the tablet we were asked to use for check out was smudged gummy dirty from previous customers.
